摘要
以芘为荧光探针研究了孪尾疏水缔合水溶性聚合物聚(丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸钠/Ⅳ,Ⅳ-二己基丙烯酰胺)[P(AM/NaAA/DiC6AM)]在二次蒸馏水、1mol/L的NaCl水溶液中的荧光光谱。当摩尔投料量比月(DiC6AM):n(AM)=0.064:99.936~0.560:99.440、表面活性剂与疏水单体的摩尔比值(SMR)为12.5~25、水解度.22(NaAA)=12.39,6~29.2%、聚合物浓度为0.05~0.50g/dL时,芘的发射光谱中第一振动峰的强度(374nm)与第三振动峰的强度(385nm)之比值,I1/I3为1.76~1.11。研究表明疏水基团间存在疏水缔合相互作用,随摩尔投料量比n(DiC6AM):n(AM)、聚合物浓度及介质极性的增加,SMR值、水解度的减少,芘的I1/I3值降低,疏水缔合作用增强。
The fluorescence spectrum of the twin-tailed hydrophobically associating water-soluble terpolymers poly (acrylamide/sodium acrylate/dihexylacrylamide) EP (AM/NaAA/DiC6AM)] in redistilled water, 1 mol/L NaCl aqueous solution had been examined. When molar food ratio n(DiC6AM) :n(AM) SMR values, degree of hydrolysis and polymer concentrations were 0. 064 : 99. 936~0. 560 : 99. 440, 12.5 ~25%, 12.3~29.2% and 0.05~0.50 g/dL, respectively, the I1/I3 values of the pyrene were 1.76~ 1.11. The results showed that there were hydrophobically associating interactions in the aqueous solution of these terpolymers. With the increasing of molar food ratio n(DiC6AM) : n(AM), polymer concentration, medium polarity and decreasing of degree of hydrolysis, SMR values, the I1/I3 values of the pyrene decreased and the hydrophobically associating interactions enhanced.
