摘要
采用阴离子聚合法,以苯乙烯、异戊二烯、四氯化硅为原料,以四氢呋喃(THF)为分子量调节剂,正丁基锂或萘锂为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,分3步加料,合成(SI)4Si星型嵌段共聚物.本研究舍弃了对反应原料采取萃取精馏或真空蒸馏的提纯方法,通过改善反应过程中的其它工艺条件来提高反应的可行性、生产能力及生产率.简化了SIS热塑性弹性体的合成工艺过程,降低了成本,扩大了生产能力,提高了经济效益.所述及的SIS的合成方法具有较高的实际使用价值.
We synthesized (SI)4Si star-type block copolymer with styrene, isoprene and silicon tetrachlofide as raw materials, tetrahydrofuran as molecular weight regulator, cyclohexane as solvent,and n - BuLi or naphthalene lithium as initiating agent by anion polymerization method with three steps. By experiment, this study enhanced the feasibility of reaction, the capacity production and production rate by improving other process conditions in reaction process , rejecting the traditional approach of extraction rectify or exact rectify. The synthetic process of thermoplastic elastomer is simplified by far, therefore, technological cost is reduced, the capacity production is extend and economic benefit is enhanced. Thereby, the synthetic method of SIS used here has relatively high value.
