摘要 为实现编码器细分误差的快速评估,提出了一种L issajous曲线拟合法评估编码器细分误差的方法。采集编码器两路相位差为π/2的三角波光电信号,然后,对光电信号归一化处理后得到两路信号的L issajous曲线,利用数值函数拟合实验得到L issajous曲线,并进行拟合优度检验,最后,利用数值函数表计算编码器的细分误差。多次实验验证:该方法是简单可行的。 In order to reduce the time of evaluating the interpolation errors of optical-electric encoders, a method of curves fitting of the Lissajous is proposed. Sampling two photoelectric trigonal wave signals of optical-electric encoders with a phase difference of π/2, and then the two signals are processed to Lissajous signal. This Lissajous signal is fitted by numerical function curves, meanwhile the degree of fitting for regression equation is evaluated. With the numerical function curves, errors of interpolation are obtained. The final experiment results validate the numerical function curves model.
