摘要
本文用Lectin染色法、原子吸收光谱法和电化学法研究了γ-氨基丁酸对人类精子顶体反应的诱导作用,以及它对Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+和Cl-在顶体反应时的转运情况的影响。结果表明:1.γ-氨基丁酸可明显地诱发人精子顶体反应(P<0.05)。2.γ-氨基丁酸可引起Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+内流,K+外流和Cl-先外流再内流。因此,γ-氨基丁酸对人精子具有调控作用。
The human sperm acrosome reaction induced by GABA and some ions in acrosome reaction were studied with the methods for lectin staining,atom absorption spectrum and electric chemistry.The results showed:1.GABA can induce human sperm acrosome reaction(P<0.05);2.in acrosome reaction GABA may cause,Na+,Ca2+ and Mg2+ influx,K+ efflux and Cl- first influx and then efflux.Therefore GABA has regulated human sperm.
