振动摩擦焊接用电磁振动头的原理与优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 振动摩擦焊接是近些年新兴起的一种高科技含量的无缝焊接技术。文中根据振动摩擦焊接的需要设计了一种新型的电磁式振动头。介绍了该振动头的基本原理和结构特点,并结合Ansoft分析软件对振动头电磁场进行了仿真分析和结构参数优化。试验中对电磁振动头的振动频率和振动幅值分别进行了控制,试验结果证明了该方案原理的正确性和良好的工程实用性。 Vibration welding is a high technology used in apertureless welding which is focused on in recent years. A new type electromagnetic vibrating head was designed to meet the use of linear vibration welding apparatus in the paper. Principles and structure of the vibrating head were introduced. Ansoft software was utilized to calculate the electromagnetic field and optimize structure parameters of the head. In sample experiments vibrating frequency and amplitude of the head were controlled separately. The results of the experiments prove that the design is correct, and the head possesses good practical engineering application.
