摘要
火药燃烧对地层的作用参数可用于优化复合射孔施工设计,提高复合射孔效果。根据火药燃烧特性及影响参数,针对常用的内置式、下挂式、外套式3种类型复合射孔器的火药燃烧特征进行了研究,得出了火药燃烧对地层作用效果有重大影响的参数计算公式。应用于复合射孔定量设计,结合压力监测,对复合射孔进行优化,效果明显。
The effect parameter of burning powder on the formation can be used to optimize combined perforation design to improve its efficiency. Based on characteristics and effect parameter of the powder burning, researched were the powder burning characteristics of built-in, suspended and sleeve combined perforating systems. And the formula used for calculating the parameter which greatly influences the effect of burning powder on the formation is acquired. After applying the research results in quantitative design of composite perforation and combining with pressure monitoring, combined perforation is optimized and the efficiency is increased significantly.
