摘要
利用我国丰富的自然资源，通过动物实验对天然植物进行筛选，并提纯制成具有增强肌肉收缩力与抗疲劳作用的提取液。实验表明该提取液对小鼠有明显的提高耐力、增强肌肉的收缩力以及抗疲劳的作用。其效应可能与运动时代谢产物（乳酸和氨）的加速清除，血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）含量的升高，以及机体适应力的提高有关。
In this paper,the natural plant extract(NPE)was made from natural plants by means of sieving and purifying technique, The experiments were performed On mice after feeding with NPE(4g/100g) for 8 days. The results were as follows:(1)The swimming time and the maximal evoked-EMG increased 56.7%and 20%respectively in experimental group. than those in control group,(2)The level of Hb and LDH was 20%and 26%higher respectively in experimental group than those in control group (p<0.05).(3)Immediatly after swimtning, the concentration of blood NH3 was lower in experimental group than in control group (p<0.05), one hour after swimming, it was close to that at rest in experimental group(p>0.05), while retained a high level in control group(p<0.05).(4)An hour after swimming, the concentration of blood BUN was lower in experimental group than in control group(p<0. 05).The results suggested that NPE had the effects of improving muscular contractility and endurance, and preventing fatigue.The effect of NPE on blood biochemical parameters led to fascilitate muscular recovery from fatigue.
