摘要
目前太阳能电池工业转换材料绝大多数都采用硅,而硅材料主要来自于半导体工业的废料。作为硅集成电路和器件用的多晶硅原料的生产普遍采用西门子法。随着光伏产业的迅速发展,来自半导体级硅的废料预计不会明显增加。因此,将不能满足太阳能电池用硅的需求,硅原料已经成为光伏产业发展的最主要的瓶颈之一。为了满足太阳能电池工业健康发展,研究开发一个不依赖于半导体硅生产的低成本太阳能级硅供应体系是非常必要的。
Silicon is the dominant conversion materials in photovoltaic industry, which come from scrap and defective production in silicon, integrate circuit industry. For the growth of the solar cells, the available quantity of the silicon feedstock sources for the photovoltaic industry--electronic grade aillcon rejects from the silicon and microelectronics industry—— is close to be not sufficient to meet the requirements of the photovoltaic industry and will not increase ressonably in the near future, It seems inevitable to create an independent feedstock supply with solar grade sillcon at low coat. From this situation arises the need to develop short- and long - term solutions to guarantee a sustainable supply of the photovoltaic industry with suitable ailicon feedstock.
