摘要
在对我国不同时期企业绩效评价分析的基础上,对世纪之交的绩效评价发展进行了回顾,并分别从国家、机构和我国学者三个层面对企业绩效理论和方法进行了总结。逐步探讨符合我国企业特色的绩效评价一般理论和方法。
On the basis of analysing the performance evaluation in different period, the paper reviews the developing of performance in the century crossing. Then it summarize the relative method and theory from three levels of state,organization and scholar, and explores on the theory and method of performance evaluation according to the feature of Chinese companies.
