摘要
目的:神经退行性疾病已成为近年的热点,人类神经母细胞瘤株SH-SY5Y得到广泛应用,阐述SH-SY5Y的来源,特性及应用。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1960-01/2005-08相关SY5Y来源和特性的文章,检索词为“SY5Y,origin,characteristic,application,receptor”,并限定文献语言种类为English。同时计算机检索万方数据库1995-01/2005-08相关该细胞系应用方面的文献,检索词为“SY5Y”,并限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,并查看每篇文献后的引文。纳入标准:文章内容相关SH-SY5Y。排除标准:综述文献、重复研究、Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到752篇相关文献,纳入22篇符合标准的文献,排除的730篇文献是由于内容重复。22篇文章中,3篇文章涉及SH-SY5Y的来源,9篇文章涉及SH-SY5Y的特性,10篇文章涉及SH-SY5Y的应用。资料综合:SH-SY5Y细胞系来源于人脑的恶性肿瘤,在其表面有很多受体,与其功能和应用密切相关,此外,它在研究某些疾病机制、药理学、信号转导中起重要作用。探讨以上各方面以期为进一步合理应用该细胞系提供理论基础。结论:SH-SY5Y细胞作为一种广泛应用的细胞模型,在有关神经系统的研究中具有十分重要的作用。进一步研究将有助于阐明其生物学特性,以利于在生物医学等方面的应用。
OBJECTIVE: Studies on neurodegenerative disease have become a focus these days, human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y has been widely used. This review was aimed to discuss the origin, characteristics and application of SH-SY5Y. DATA SOURCES: The articles about the origin and characteristics of SY5Y were retrieved in www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed with the keywords of "SYSY, origin, characteristic, application, receptor" published in English from January 1960 to August 2005. Meanwhile, wanfangdata.com was retrieved to identify the application of this cell line published between January 1995 and August 2005 with the same keywords in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: All the literatures were primarily looked through, followed by looking over the quotations in each literature. Inclusive criteria: literatures were related to SYSY. Exclusive criteria: reviews, repetitive study and Meta analysis. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 752 relevant articles were collected, and 22 were in accordance with the inclusive criteria. The 730 articles were excluded because of outdated or repetitive data. Of the 22 articles, 3 were about the origin of SH-SY5Y, 9 about the characteristics of SH-SY5Y and 10 about the application of SH-SY5Y. DATA SYNTHESIS: SH-SY5Y origins from malignant tumor of human brain, and has many receptors around its surface, which are closely correlated with its function and application. What is more, it plays an important role in the research of mechanism of some disease, pharmacology, signal transduction and so forth. The exploration to the about aspects is to provide theoretical basis for the reasonable application of this cell line. CONCLUSION: As a widely applied cellular model, SH-SY5Y plays an important role in the research of nervous system. Further research will help to illustrate its biological characteristics, in favor of application in biomedicine and so forth.
