摘要
目的通过对普通大学生体质测试,了解新《学生体质健康标准》实施后大学生体质健康状况,为大学体育教学改革提供参考依据。方法采用测量、文献资料、比较研究以及数理统计等方法,对山东理工大学03级4497名大学生进行新《标准》实施后的体质测试。结果山东理工大学男、女学生的身高、体重均值分别为173.49cm、62.34kg和162.04cm、54.07kg,均高于全国同龄大学生(P<0.01),但其机能指标中肺活量和台阶指数均值分别为3569.21ml、45.92和2262.10ml、45.38,明显低于全国同龄大学生(P<0.01);素质指标中男、女生的立定跳远均值分别为216.63cm、173.10cm,明显低于全国同龄学生(P<0.01),而只有坐位体前屈均值分别为14.21cm和13.81cm,高于全国同龄大学生(P<0.01)。通过各项测试成绩计算、综合评价,女生优秀率为3.84%,良好率为24.00%,及格率为69.79%,不及格率为4.35%;男生优秀率为3.24%,良好率为23.58%,及格率为68.35%,不及格率为4.84%,男、女生之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论山东理工大学男女学生的身体机能、身体素质较差,建议通过体育教学手段进行干预,逐步提高大学生的身体素质,改善大学生健康状况,真正树立“健康第一”的指导思想。
Objective To investigate the physical fitness of college students after the application of the new "standards for physical fimess of students" . Methods By using document data and comparison research and mathematical statistics process, 4497 students of Shandong Technology University were investigated by physical fimess condition under the new standard, and the testing results were compared with the normal model from the whole country. Results The average height and weight of the boy and girl students of Shandong Technology University were 173.49cm, 62.34kg and 162.04cm, 54.07kg, they were higher than those of country at the same age obviously (P〈0.01), the vital capacity and step index were 3569.21ml, 45.92 and 2262.10ml, 45.38, they were lower than those of cotmtry at the same age obviously (P〈0.01). The records of long jump were 216.63cm and 173.10cm, they were lower than those of country at the same age obviously (P〈0.01). Only the sit pose of body bend were 14.21cm and 13.81cm, they were higher than those of country at the same age (P〈0.01). The girl students' rate of excellence was 3.84%, rate of good was 24.00 %, the rate of pass was 69.79 %, the rate of fail was 4.35 %. The boy students' rate of excellence was 3.24 %, rate of good was 23.58 %, the rate of pass was 68.35 %, the rate of fail was 4.84 %. But there was no difference between girl and boy students (P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion The physical function and physical quality of students of Shandong Technology University are not good, and suggest through tampering of P.E teaching build up the guidance thinking of fitness first. Providing beneficial measures and guarantee for improving physical quality and fitness of college students.
