摘要
以笔者建立的人体无损伤记录面神经逆行诱发电位(AEP)技术,对30例正常人进行AEP测试。结果显示:其鼓膜记录的AEP为一双相短潜伏期电位,起始成分为一负相N波,随后为一正向P波。茎乳孔处刺激伪迹和N波接近;下颌缘支诱发的AEP,N波易识别,P波后无刺激伪迹。表明茎乳孔处神经干和下颌缘支是较理想的刺激部位。
A noninvasive recording technique of the facial nerve antidromic evoked potential (AEP) on human subjects was developed. 30 normal subjects were examined with this technique. AEPs could be recorded from eardrum. AEPs evoked from the different electrical stimulating sites including the area of mandibular branch, the main trunk at the stylomastoid foramen and other branches of the facial nerve were studied. The results demonstrated that AEP consisted of a negative wave and a positive wave. The latency and amplitude of the potential evoked by the electrical stimulation at the stylomastoid foramen averaged 1. 30±0. 17 ms and 29. 4±11. 05μV respectively. The most suitable site for the electrical stimulation is the main trunk at the stylomastoid foramen or the mandibular branch of the facial nerve.
