摘要
构建和谐社会面临着诸多的难题,经济与环境的不协调发展和农村人口贫困就是其中典型的两大难题。鉴于农业生产对环境的污染与破坏在我国现阶段呈现持续强化的趋势,提出应鼓励发展循环型农业,以此作为保护农区生态环境和提高农民生活水平与质量的具体措施。政府也应通过制度规制,为循环型农业的发展建立良好的机制,以长期促进经济可持续发展,从根本上保证和谐社会的建立。
The disharmonious development between economy and environment, and the poverty in the rural areas are the main problems in constructing harmonious society. Because of more serious pollution in agricultural production in China, this artile brought forward that we should develop circular agr/culture, in order to protect the ecological environment in the rural areas and enhance famers＂ living conditions. And government should establish a perfect mechanism to develop the circular agriculture by standarding rules, so as to boost economic sustainable development, and guarantee the construction of harmonious society fundamentally.
