摘要
家族企业是现在企业市场上很常见的一种企业结构。自我国加入WTO后,企业外部的经济环境产生了很大的变化,竞争更加激烈。家族企业为了应对更加激烈的竞争,必须积累资本、加大经营规模,这会使原本的管理体制变得不再适应。在进行家族企业管理体制的改革,促进企业管理的现代化的过程中,引进职业经理人是一个不可或缺的步骤。本文分析家族企业的现状,指出引进职业经理人的必要性,说明其中存在的问题,并提出解决途径,为家族企业引进职业经理人提出一个基本思路。
The family enterprise is a very common structure on the enterprise market now. Since China" s entry into the WTO, the enterprise" s external economic environment has changed a lot, and the competition has become fiercer. In order to respond to the even fiercer competition, the family enterprise has to accumulate the capital and enlarge the business. As a result, the former system of management will no longer fit the new situation. In the course of the reform and modernization of the family business management, the introduction of the professional manger is an indispensable step to take. To offer a basic approach to introduce the professional manager, this paper analyses the family enterprise" s present situation, points out the necessity to introduce the professional manager, illustrates the existing problems, and puts forward possible solutions.
