摘要
为适应医学模式的转变和培养全面发展的医学人才,必须着力加强医学人文教育,既要在办学理念上予以重视,更要在教学实践中积极探索。本文对以正确认识和处理“人与自然、人与社会、人与人”关系为医学人文教育的基础和实质内容;在不增加医学生学业负担的前提下,以医学人文概论课程为总论,辅以系列专题讲座,实施医学人文教育前后期“不断线”;着重培养医学生以医学名家大师为楷模的人格塑造和职业素质培养,力求“仁爱”与“仁术”的有机统一等方面的教学实践构建,进行了初步的归纳和阐述。
To suit medical model transition and cultivate medical talents with overall quality, it is necessary to strengthen medical humanistic education, which not only requires great attention to the teaching concept, but demands conducting active exploration in teaching as well. This article has contributed to some initial summary and conclusions for designing of practice. They include the following main aspects: Medical humanistic educational basic content is based on correctly understanding and handling relations of "man and nature, man and society, man and man" ; On the condition that students be not heavily loaded with their assignments, the course "Outline to Medical Human" can be regarded as main one, accompanied by a series of special lectures so as to implement "non-stop period" education specific to front and back period; The most critical thing is to cultivate medical students with such moral standards and professional quality as those famous medical masters and scholars.
