摘要
受人体免疫机理的启示提出了一种适合于故障诊断的算法——疫苗算法。建立了疫苗算法的数学模型,介绍了算法的实现过程。该算法通过重采样方法,利用少量样本即可获得表征某一故障类型所需的样本,当一未知故障出现时系统自动获得该故障类型特征,并给出信息供专家分析,以便下次该故障再次出现时给出应答,具有边检测边学习,不断动态调整的功能。最后通过对电机的故障检测验证了本算法的优越性和有效性,检测结果表明准确率达到95%。
According to the human being immune mechanism, an immune algorithm named as vaccine algorithm was presented. The mathematic model of the vaccine algorithm was built. The process of the algorithm is introduced in detail. The algorithm uses resampling to get a fault's sufficient samples by use of a few samples. When an unknown fault appears, the algorithm can get the fault feature automatically and gives some information to experts for analysis. When the fault appears again, the algorithm can respond. The algorithm is a dynamic system which can test and study at the same time. The algorithm was used in motor faults testing and proved to be effective. The test result indicates that accurate rate reaches 95%.
