摘要
人才流动全球化,人才标准国际化,标志着人才竞争将日益激烈,如何培养出更多符合现代社会需求的高素质人才成为中国教育的重要战略问题。本文提出改变人才培养模式的思路;树立人才培养的新理念,构建人才培养的新模式,从目标、制度、过程三个维度入手,建立人才培养的新模式。
The globalization of talent flow and the internationalization of the standards of talents mark the incrcasingly severe competition. How to cultivate more high-qualified people meeting the social requirements has become the importantly strategic issue in Chinese education. The writer mentions how to modify talent-nurturing modes, how to build up new concept of cultivation and how to form a new mode of it. The new models should be considered from three aspects： the object, the system and the procedure.
