摘要
本文提出一个简便高灵敏的催化光度法测定痕量钒的方法.方法基于在酸性介质中,VO3-离子催化溴酸钾氧化维多利亚兰褪色.用正交设计研究了最宜反应条件.钒在0~8ngml-1范围与ln(A0/A)成线性关系.考察了33种共存离子的干扰,用于测定水和人发中的钒,结果满意.
A simple and highly sensitive catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace vanndium is developed.The method is based on the catalytic decolor reaction of victoria blue which is oxidized by potassium bromate in the presence of vanadium (v) in cidic media Orthogonal design is applied to study optimization The linear range of detection is 0-8ng/mL vanadium.The effects of 33 coexistent ions are explored. The method has been applied to determination of vanadium in water and human hairs with satisfactory results.
