摘要
利用坐标测量和图像检测相结合的技术,提出药筒烧蚀面积非接触、高精度的自动测量方法。测量系统设计的基本原则是在保证测量精度的前提下尽可能地提高测量速度,设计系统组成部分中的关键结构和参数,针对可能产生误差来源采取相应的措施,以保证整个实际表面扫描与拼接的准确性。选择可手动调节参数的成像系统,利用偏色手段提高烧蚀区域图像分割的正确性。本方法已成功地应用于实际,在面积测量的准确度和效率方面取得了满意的效果。
A novel non-contact, high accuracy and automatic area measurement method for cartridge surface ablation, which combines coordinates measurement with image detection, was presented. Basic requirement of design is to improve the measuring speed possibly under the prerequisite for ensuring expected measuring accuracy. Some key structures and parameters of the system components were designed. The corresponding measures were taken to ensure accuracy during scanning and mosaicing the surface of cartridge. An imaging system with manual adjustable parameters was selected, and the veracity of irregular ablation region segmentation was greatly increased using a gray unbalance method. Experiments and practical applications show that this method is reliable with certain accuracy and high efficiency for the area measurement on curved surface.
