摘要
为了探讨不同海拔高度低氧环境对高原筑路民工劳动能力的影响,本研究分别在海拔2260m、3600m及5000m地区筑路民工中设立实验组,并以海平作对照,观察不同程度低氧对无氧阈(AT)的影响。结果表明,海拔2260m、3600m地区无氧阈功率(WAT)与海平比较变化不明显(P>0.05);海拔5000m地区WAT与对照相比下降45.6%,差异极其显著(P<0.01)。提示海拔5000m以上人的体力劳动能力明显下降,在劳动卫生方面应予特别注意。
n order to observe the effects of hypoxic environment at differentaltitudes on physical work capacity of road construction workers,36 sub-jects(young,healthy males)were divided into 4 groups and performed gra-ded exercise on steps at altitude of l0m(control),2 260m, 3 600m and 5 000m,respectively,The anaerobic threshold (AT)was determined by heart rateand expressed as anaerobic threshold power(WAT).The coniparison ofezperimental groups at different altitudes to control showed a 45.6%reduc-tion(P<0.01)of WAT in subjects working at altitude of 5000m,and sug-gested that the physical work capacity of inen was limited by hypoxic envi-ronment at high altitude and labor hygiene must be en1phasized.
