摘要
烟碱含量是废次烟草提取烟碱工作中的必检指标。利用烟碱与甲基橙的有色络合物在氯仿中的吸光度与其浓度呈正比的原理,建立了利用分光光度汁测定烟草提取液中烟碱含量的方法,其线性相关范围是0~0.2550g/L、线性相关系数为0-9994、平均回收率为98.32%。应用该法测定了3种废次烟草提取液的烟碱含量,其变异系数低于5%。此方法准确性好、精密度高、操作简便快捷、仪器价格低廉,适宜在科研与生产上推广应用。
Nicotine content is An important target essential to be determined in the nicotine extraction from tobacco waste. Based on the principle that the light absorption degree of the nicotine-jiajichen complex in chloroform is related positively with the nicotine content in the solution, a new method for determinating nicotine content in the extract solution from tobacco by spectrophotometer was founded,in which the linearly related coverage is (0-0.2550)g/L, the related coefficient is 0.9994,and the average recovery rate of nicotine is 98.32 %. This method had been used for determinating nicotine in the extract solution from three tobacco wastes, and its RSD is less than 50%. Therefore, this new method has some advantages, such as high accuracy, simple operation,and no valuable equipment needed,so it can be conveniently used for nicotine determination in research and production.
