母血常、微量元素与胎儿宫内发育迟缓关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨常、微量元素与胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)间的关系。方法于孕晚期测定了71名孕妇母血、脐血、羊水中微量元素水平,其中IUGR组21例,对照组35例,巨大儿组15例。结果IUGR组母血清ZN、SE、MN、FE、MG、CR明显低于对照组(P<0.05);CD、PB、N I水平明显高于对照组及巨大儿组;其中,巨大儿组母血清FE含量亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05);CA、TI、CO、L I三组间无明显差别。IUGR组脐血清SE、MN、CD、FE、CU、MG明显低于对照组;PB、N I明显高于对照组;ZN、CA、TI、CO、L I三组间无明显差别。IUGR组羊水中ZN、SE、MN、FE明显低于对照组及巨大儿组,CA、CO三组间无明显差别。结论某些常、微量元素与胎儿发育关系密切,其中ZN、SE、MN、FE、MG、CU、CR缺乏可致胎儿宫内发育迟缓,而CD、PB、N I升高亦可致低体重儿。 Objective To explore relationship between macro-and micro-elements and intrauterine growth retardation. Methods Microelements were analyzed in maternal blood,fetal serum, and amniotic fluid of 71 gravidas during late pregnancy, of which IUGR group 21, normal birth weight group 35 ( control group) , and macrosomia group 15. Results In maternal blood of IUGR group,the levels of Zn,Se,Mn,Fe,Mg,and Cr were significantly lower than those in control group. The levels of Cd, Pb, and Ni were significantly higher than those in control group and macrosomia group ,of which Fe in macrosomia group was also significantly lower than that in control group. Ca,Ti, Co, and Li had no apparently difference in the three groups. In fetal serum of IUGR group, the levels of Se, Mn, Cd, Fe, Cu and Mg were significantly lower than those of control group;Levels of Pb and Ni were significantly higher than those of control group. Zn Ca,Ti, Co, and Li had no apparently difference in the three groups. In amniotic fluid of IUGR group,the levels of Zn, Se, Mn and Fe were significantly lower than those in control group and macrosomia group. Ca and Co had no apparently difference in the three groups. Conclusion Some common and microelements have close relationship with fetal growth, of which the deficiency of Zn, Se, Mn, Fe, Cu, and Cr can lead to IUGR, and too much Cd, Pb, and Ni can also lead to low birth weight.
