摘要
现代联铁块铺面是指用工厂预制的高强水泥混凝土预制块紧密排列作为面层的铺面结构,我国对这种铺面结构的研究甚少,目前尚无相应的设计方法.根据对港区荷载图式的调查和分类,在室内和现场试验的基础上,提出了符合联创块铺面特点的结构设计方法;该方法的设计指标是表面回弹弯沉、车辙深度和基层庇面的弯拉应力.给出了这些指标值的计算方法和相应于不同荷载条件的容许值确定方法,给出了设计流程图和厚度计算诺谟图.该设计方法已写入《港区道路、堆场铺面规范》.
The interlocking block paving is defined as a pavement structure layered with precast high-strength concrete blocks. In China, the studies on the block paving were performed very little in the past, therefore corresponding design procedure has not been presented. Based on the classifying of port loads and test resultS in laboratory and in situ, this paper developed a structural design method suitable for interlocking block paving whose design indications were resilient deflection, rutting depth and flexural stress at the bottom of the basecourse. Finally, the flowchart of the structural design and the nomograph of thickness calculation for interlocking paving in port areas were given in this paper.
