摘要
传统的客车结构分析是将杆连接作为刚性的节点处理。本文应用有限元分析法,研究了承载式客车底架中4种基本结构的杆连接的真实形状对结构扭转变形和应力计算的影响。分析和实验均表明,连接点柔度对结构变形计算的影响取决于结构类型,忽略杆连接的形状会对应力计算产生不可忽略的误差。
In traditional analysis the joints is treated as rigid nodes. A finite element analysis is applied in this paper to study how the real shape of the joints in four basic constructions of the intergral bus body influences the stress and torsional deformation. Both analysis and experiments show that the influence of the flexibility of joints on the deformation depends On the type of constructions, and neglect of the real shape of the joints would result in perceptible error in stress calculation.
