摘要
单个需求点军械紧急调运是军械调运工作中常见情况。分析了单个军械需求点紧急调运的特点、决策目标。并在此基础上,分别考虑时间最短及时间有限两种情况,建立了有运力条件下单个需求点军械紧急调运的多层规划优化模型,并给出了计算模型的方便有效的算法。该模型符合决策实际,且算例表明了模型算法简洁而有效。
Urgent ordnance transport on single requirement point is familiar in ordnance transport. The characteristics and decision-making target of urgent ordnance transport on single requirement point are analyzed and a multi-target optimize model about single-mater kinds and multi-mater kinds is made on transport-power restriction about urgent ordnance transport on single requirement point and a convenience and efficiency arithmetic is put forward. The modal accords with the fact of decision-making and the calculated case indicates that the model is concision and efficiency.
