简要地介绍了直接法钛硅沸石的合成。重点讨论了间接法合成的进展及骨架钛、非骨架钛、沸石晶粒大小、催化剂粒度、反应条件对反应性能的影响。为实现钛硅沸石的工业化,应重视开发用廉价原料的直接合成和间接合成技术。
The synthesis of titanium-silicalite is introduced. The secondary synthesis to introduce Ti into the zeolite framwork is discussed emphatically.The catalytic properties of this titaniumsilicalite depend on Ti content in zeolite framwork,non framwork TiO2, crystallite size, catalyst particule size and reaction conditions. It is necessary that the technical development of direct synthesis of titanium-containing zeolite using cheap raw materials and secondary synthesis of this type zeolite, in order to take it into practice.
