挣得值分析法作为现代项目管理的一种管理方法,是项目进度控制和项目费用控制的重要度量指标,在项目进度和费用综合管理中具有重要作用。本文介绍了挣得值法的基本概念、参数和绩效指标,以及应用挣得值及这些指标参数预测项目完工时可能的费用,并结合一个实例对挣得值分析法在项目管理中的应用进行了探讨。
As a management way in modern project management , the method of earned value analysis is the main measurement index in the project schedule and cost control ,and it plays an important role in schedule management and cost management. The paper describes the basic concept , parameters and performance index of earned value , and tells how to forecast the likely cost to complete the project. Then ,its application of the method of earned value analysis in project management is studied according to an instance.
