摘要
为解决时栅与数控系统的接口问题,介绍了增量式光栅的增量方法,并据此研究了时栅的增量式实现方法;并用复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD设计了一种实现时栅位移增量的控制电路。
Aiming to resolve the interface problem between time-grating and CNC system, a brief introduction about the increment method of increment grating displacement sensor is given, and an increment implementation method for time-grating based on it is studied. Meanwhile making use of CPLD, a controlling circuit which is applied to implement increment of displacement for time-grating is also brought forward.
