摘要
目的探讨黄花石蒜的最佳组织培养条件。方法以黄花石蒜的鳞茎为外植体,接种于不同激素组合的培养基上,开展组织培养研究。结果(1)MS+BA 10mg.L-1+N AA0.5mg.L-1培养基对小鳞茎的诱导有明显的促进作用,诱导率为68.7%;(2)M S+IBA2mg.L-1为诱导小鳞茎生根的最佳培养基;(3)暗培养效果整体优于光培养。结论通过组织培养方法快速繁殖黄花石蒜是可行的。
Objective To search for the aurea Herb. Method The explant of the bulb optimal tissue culture condition of Lycoris was inoculated on culture medium including different hormones, and its growth instance was observed. Result (1) The medium of MS+BAIO mg·L^-1+NAA0.5 mg·L^-1 had an obvious promotive effect to the induction of the little bulb, and the inductive frequency was 68.7%; (2) MS+IBA2 mg·L^-1 was optimal to the inductive little bulb root; (3) The effect of culture in the dark was wholly better than that in the light. Conclusion It is practicable to rapid propogate the Lycoris aurea Herb by the tissue culture.
