摘要
目的观察玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗骨关节炎的疗效。方法176例骨关节炎患者每周1次关节内注射玻璃酸钠注射液,连续5次为1个疗程。结果随访2.5～20个月,176例骨关节炎治疗效果:优50例、良85例、中28例、差13例,优良率72.7%、有效率92.6%。结论玻璃酸钠治疗骨关节炎临床效果明显,特别对轻、中度患者疗效更好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity on treating osteoarthritis. Methods 176 patients with osteoarthritis were accepted sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity once a week for five times as one course of treatment. Results 2.5 to 20 months follow-up showed 50 cases with excellent effect, 85 good, 28 middle and 13 bad. The excellent and good rate was 72.7% and effective rate was 92.6%. Conclusion The satisfactory clinical effect may be achieved in treating osteoarthritis with sodium hyaluronate, especially for the mild and middle patients.
