摘要
目的了解罗布麻纤维的抗菌性能。方法采用烧瓶振荡法,在恒温振荡器转速200 r/min、温度37℃条件下,将细菌与罗布麻纤维在pH 6.0的PBS中作用2 h,通过平板计数法计算抑菌率,对罗布麻纤维的抗菌力做出评价。结果罗布麻纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为47.7%、69.0%、56.6%和40.1%。结论罗布麻纤维具有较强的抗菌性。
Objective To study the antibiotic property of Apocynum venetum. Methods Shake flask method was used at 37 ℃ and 200 r/min rotational speed of constant temperature oscillator. The bacteria and Apocynum venetum acted for 2 h in pH 6.0 PBS liquid. The hacteriostasis rate was calculated and the antibiotic property of Apocynum venetum was examined through col ony counting method. Results Bacteriostasis rate was 47.7%, 69.0%, 56.6% and 40. 1% to staphylococcus aureus, bacillus pyocyaneus, coliform and Candida albicans, respectively. Conclusion The Apocynum venetum has good antibiotic characteris tics.
