摘要
为降低催化裂化汽油的烯烃含量,生产高辛烷值的调合组分,在固定床微反装置上考察了催化裂化汽油性质、反应温度、空速对芳构化反应的影响。结果表明,芳构化原料的组成越不饱和以及碳数越高,越容易转化为芳烃;反应温度高,空速低,有利于芳构化反应。
The influence of the different distillation range of catalytic cracking naphtha,operating temperature and space velocity were investigated in fixed-micro-reaction unit for deducing olefin content in cracking naphtha and producing gasoline blend components with high octane number.Experimental results showed that the higher olefin content and larger carbon number hydrocarbons in naphtha stock the easier to transfor into aromatics,and high operating temperature and low space velocity favored aromatization reaction.
