摘要
在已有研究的基础上,本文研究了烧成制度、外加剂和色料加入量对锆铁红色料呈色的影响以及色料对不同基础釉的适应性。实验结果表明:烧成温度为930℃、保温时间2h、升温速率6~8℃/min、色料加入量为6wt%时,可合成对各种基础釉适应性强、呈色较理想的锆铁红色料。
The influence of firing, amount of additive and pigments on the pigments coloring and its adaption to basic galzes were studied based on previous research. Iron Zircon pigments which showed excellent color and good adaption to basic glazes were synthesized at the following conditions: firing temperature 930℃, preservation time 2 hours, velocity of heating 6-8℃/min, adding amount of pigment 6%.
