摘要
对油缸的外观、断口、显微组织、化学成分等进行了检验和分析。结果表明,上贝氏体和Si元素的晶界偏聚导致油缸变脆。前者与淬火冷却较慢有关,后者与高温回火脆性区冷却较慢有关。卡痕是脆断的裂纹源。对于脆断而言,热处理不当是主要原因,卡痕是次要原因,与使用无关。
The fractured oil cylinder was studied through appearance, fracture, mierostrueture and chemical composition inspections. The results show that upper bainite and grain boundary segregation of Si element result in embritflement of the oil cylinder. The former is due to slower cooling in quench, the latter is due to slower cooling in high temper embrit flement zone. The clasp mark is crack source. For fracture, the unsuitable heat treatment is main factor, the clasp mark is secondary factor, and it has nothing to do with use.
