核素脑室-腹腔分流管显像在脑积水分流术后的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的进行核素分流管显像,了解脑脊液分流管的通畅情况。方法19例脑积水患者,术后9~12天从储液囊内注射 ^99Tc^m-DTPA 111~185MBq ,行分流管显像。记录核素到达分流管末端时间。结果分流管通畅11例,核素自储液囊到达分流管末端时间为平均11.6min;定量分析,分流管引流量平均为0.078ml/min。通而不畅6例,核素到达分流管末端的时间为平均21.6min。分流管梗阻2例,始终未见分流管末端显影。结论核素分流管显像是一种检测脑室分流装置功能状况的有效方法。 Objective To understand whether the shunt pipe for cerebrospinal fluid is obstructed or not. Methods Nineteen hydrocephalus patients were administered 111~185 MBq of ^99Tc^m-DTPA by injection into shunt reservoir 9 to 12 days after ventriculoperitoneal shunt. Then radionuclide imaging was carried out with SPECT, and the time which ^99Tc^m-DTPA just appeared in the shunt terminal was recorded respectively. Results Eleven shunt pipes were unobstructed, 6 incompletely unobstructed, and 2 obstructed. The average time which 99Tcm-DTPA past the shunt pipe was 11.6 minutes in the patients with unobstructed pipe, and 21.6 minutes in the patients with incompletely unobstructed pipe. In the patients with obstructed pipe ^99Tc^m-DTPA could not pass the shunt pipe at all, and the passing time wasn't recorded. The average volume of flow which the cerebrospinal fluid past the shunt pipes was 0. 078ml/min in the unobstructed pipes. Conclusion The radionuclide imaging for shunt pipe is an efficient method to test whether the shunt pipe is unobstructed or not.
