摘要
对钙盐-电凝聚法处理含氟工业废水的影响因素和效果进行了试验和分析。试验结果表明,钙盐-电凝聚法处理含氟工业废水的最佳反应条件为:n(Ca2+)/n(F-)为1~2,电流密度为1~5mA/cm2,电解时间t为10min,pH值为6~9,投加的钙盐以CaCl2最佳。现场试验钙盐-电凝聚法处理含氟工业废水比传统药剂混凝好,出水能够达到国家排放标准。
A test was made on the influence factors of calcium salt sedimentation-electrocoagulation process on the treatment of industrial wastewater containing fluoride, and the effect was analyzed. The results of the test show that, the optimal reaction conditions for the treatment of industrial wastewater containing fluoride using calcium salt sedimentation-electrocoagulation process is: n (Ca^2+)/n (F^-) is 1 - 2, the current density is 1 - 5 mA/cm^2, the electrolysis time is 10 min, the pH value is 6 - 9; CaCl2 is the best choice for the calcium salt dosing. The field test indicated that, the calcium salt sedimentation-electrocoagulation process showed a better effect on fluoridecontaining industrial wastewater treatment than conventional medicament-coagulation process; the quality of the effluent water met the specification for the national discharge standard.
