摘要
血痹是一种因气血不足,外感风邪,阳气受阻,血行阻滞引起的疾病。行气活血是血痹的主要治则,应贯穿于治疗的全过程,并应根据体质的强弱和感邪的轻重,采用不同的治法及方药。《金匮要略》对本病从病因、病机、治法、方药等方面作了系统论述,对后世医家治疗本病有重要指导作用。
Blood arthralgiais a disease which resulted in deficiency of Qi and blood, exopathic wind, blocking of rang and blood stasis. Promoting Qi and activating blood is the main treatment of blood arthralgia and different prescription should be used according to different constitution and process of disease. Dlood arthralgia at aspects of pathogeny, mechanism, treatment, prescription were systemly discussed in synopsis of the Golden Chamber and it would have a guidance function to treat the disease for the subsequent medicals.
