摘要
目的探讨静脉声学造影在鉴别宫腔病变的初步应用价值,以寻求一种鉴别宫腔病变更为有效的方法。方法经手术或病理证实的宫腔病变22例,采用意大利Bracco公司生产的第二代声学造影剂Sonovue,造影时重点观察记录病灶和子宫肌层的显影顺序、充盈方式及增强程度。结果月经前期子宫内膜、子宫内膜息肉、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜癌、子宫腔内残留等宫腔疾病的声学造影表现各不相同。结论静脉声学造影对宫腔疾病的鉴别诊断具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of intravenous contrast enhanced ultrasonog- raphy in differential diagnosis of intrauterine disease. Methods Thirty patients with intrauterine disease were investigated using Sonovue （Bracco SPA, Milan, Italy）. The sequence of contrast agent appearing in the lesion and myometrium were focused. Results Twenty-two cases with intrauterine diseases, including endometrial polyps, endometrial cancer, uterus myoma and intrauterine residual,had individual features of contrast enhanced ultrasonography. Conclusion Intravenous contrast enhanced uhrasonography is of value in differentiating intrauterine diseases.
