摘要 通过热模拟压缩试验和热轧固溶试验研究了6Cr21Mn10MoVNbN气阀钢不同变形条件下的热变形行为和不同固溶工艺下的显微组织演变规律。结果表明:6Cr21Mn10MoVNbN钢最佳的热变形温度范围为1150~950℃,最佳的固溶处理温度范围为1100~1150℃。经过实际生产线在线试验的参数优化,生产出了常温抗拉强度高于1000MPa、伸长率大于8%、500℃和800℃抗拉强度分别超过800MPa与400MPa的高性能气阀钢,成品率达到60%以上。 The hot deformation behaviors under different deformation conditions and microstructure evolution with different solid solution process of 6Cr21Mn10MoVNbN valve steel were investigated by thermomechanical compression test and hot rolling solid solution test. The results indicate that the best temperature range of hot deformation is 1150~950℃ and the best temperature range of hot rolling solid solution is 1100~1150℃. High property valve steel with tensile strength at room temperature more than 1000MPa, elongation percentage more than 8%, tensile strength at 500℃ and 800℃ higher than 800MPa and 400MPa respectively is produced by parameter optimization on product line. Product yield of the steel reaches at 60%.
