在具有斜向孔或斜向凹凸铸件压铸模设计中,斜向抽芯是压铸模设计的难点之一。本文给出了拉钩铸件弯销-斜销二级联合斜向抽芯压铸模实用结构,论述了模具分型面的确定、结构特点和工作原理。该模具采用弯销 -斜销联合抽芯机构实现拉钩铸件的斜向抽芯,同时通过两个斜销滑块机构实现铸件两个侧抽芯。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,成型塑件质量好。
In the design of die casting mould for castings with the inclined holes or inclined cavities, angle core pulling is one of difficult points of designs of the die casting moulds. The thesis presents a practical die structure with dog-leg cam and angle pin for secondary combined angle core pulling of die casting draw hooks. A description was made on the selection of the parting line, the structural features and the operating principle of the mould. A mechanism of dog-leg cam and angle pin were adopted in the mould for combined angle core pulling of the draw hook castings, at the time, the side cores pulling of the two castings were respectively finished by the correspondent two mechanisms with angle pins and slides. The mould is compact in structure and reliable in operation. The quality of castings produced is high.
