摘要
本文介绍了氯化溴(BrCl)的应用领域及合成工艺。通过对已有工艺的比较与理论分析,可采用低温液相合成。小试结果表明:在所研究的温度范围内,适宜的合成温度在-15℃^-17℃之间,产品中溴的质量分数为69.29%(理论值为69.27%);在四氯化碳中,吸光度达到最大值时对应的波长为380 nm,与文献值吻合。100 t/a中试亦取得了预期的结果。与已有工艺相比:本工艺简化了流程,易于操作和控制。中试的成功为产业化奠定了基础。
In this paper, application and synthesis technology of bromine chloride( BrC1)are introduced. Based on other technologies and theory analysis, low temperature-liquid synthesis technology is counfirmed. The result shows that the optimal temperature is between - 15 ℃ and - 17 ℃,weight content of Br in BrCl is 69.26% (Theoretical value 69.27%). Dissolved in CCl4, the maximal absorbance wave of BrCl is 380 nm in UV spectrophotometer, the value is in accordance with referenced value. Pilot plant of 100 t/a also makes anticipativc result. Compared with other technologies, this process has many advantage such as simple process, easy operation and controlling. Pilot plant gives the foundation for the future commercialization.
