摘要
目的:研究明党参种子的休眠机制和最佳发芽条件,为明党参种子检验提供依据。方法:在25,20,15,10,5℃下层积处理明党参种子,每隔10 d观察种子胚的形态变化,并测定种子的胚长和种子霉烂率。分别在以上5个温度下进行明党参种子常规萌发实验,发芽基质为纸床和砂床,测定发芽开始时间、发芽持续时间、发芽率和发芽势。结果:15℃层积下胚生长最快,10℃和5℃下前期生长较慢,但后期生长加快,20℃以上发芽受到明显抑制。25,20,15,10℃下霉烂率较高。5℃层积处理45 d既能较快打破休眠,又能降低霉烂率。在10~15℃纸床条件下发芽最快,发芽率和发芽势最高。结论:明党参种子的休眠以形态休眠为主;温度是影响明党参发芽的主要因素。明党参种子的最佳前处理方法为5℃层积45 d;最佳发芽基质为纸床;最佳发芽温度为10~15℃。
Objective: To study the seed dormancy mechanisms and the optimal seed germinating conditions, so as to provide basis for the seed testing of Changium smyrruioides. Method: Put the seeds into wettish sand under temperature of 25,20, 15, 10,5℃, observe the shape changing of embryo and measure its length every other 10 days. Carry on experiments of seed germination under temperature of 25,20, 15,10,5 ℃ on the paper bed and sand bed, determine the time of germination starting, time of germination lasting, germination rate and germination energy. Result: F_znbryo grew the most quickly under 15 ℃. The seed germination was largely prohibited when the temperature is higher than 20 ℃, The mildew rate was very high under 25,20,15,10 ℃. Put the seeds under 5℃ for 45 days could quickly break off its dormancy, and its mildew rate was lower. The seeds germinate fastest under the condition of 15-10 ~C on the paper bed,and its germination rate was the highest. Ctmcht^on: The morphological post-maturation seems the major dormancy mechanism of C. smyrnioides. Temperature is a major factor that affect seed germination of C. smyrnioides. The best pretreatment method is to put the seeds into 5 ℃ of wettish sand for 45 days. The best germination bed is the paper bed, and the best germination temperature is 15-10℃.
