摘要
以水稻不育系宜香1 A为材料采用B C Sood(1978)介绍的水稻香味快速测定法对香型水稻不同时期叶片香味差异规律进行了研究,结论是,同一叶片中间部分香味更浓,同一单株中主穗与分蘖穗的同位叶片香味无明显差异。在剑叶未完全成熟时,从下位叶至倒2叶香味逐渐变浓,而不完全剑叶的香味不如倒2叶浓;在剑叶完全成熟时,从下位叶至剑叶香味逐渐变浓,在同一单株所有叶片中成熟剑叶香味最浓。
The rapid determination procedure for rice aroma described by B C Sood (1978) was adopted to study the aroma of the leaves of the CMS rice line Yixiang 1A at different growth stages. For the same leaf, the middle portion had the most intensive aroma, and no sig- nificant difference was noticed between the main stem and the tillers of a plar^t. When the flag leaf was immaturer leaf aroma became more intensive from the bottom to the second leaf from the top. When the flag leaf was mature, it had more intensive aroma than all the other leaves of the same plant.
