摘要
以月桂醇和邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,在低温条件下合成了邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯,再用氢氧化钠中和得其钠盐,用红外光谱法对产物进行了表征,确定了产物的结构.研究了原料配比、酯化温度、酯化时间和催化剂用量等工艺条件对酯化率的影响,确定了最佳酯化条件为:醇酐摩尔比1:2,酯化温度80-85℃,酯化时间5小时.
The phthalic mono lauryl alcohol ester is prepared with lauryl alcohol and phthalate at low temperature. The product is obtained by neutralizing ester with NaOH. The structure of the product is shown with the Infrared Spectrometry. The influences are discussed, an ideal synthetic condition for preparing ester is determined on the basis of experimental results: the alcohoVphthalate is 1:2 (mol/mol), the esterifying temperature 80~85℃ ,the esterifying time 5 hours and the concentration of catalyst is 0.7%.
