摘要 本文综述了非水毛细管电泳的分离机理、溶剂的选择、手性选择剂的种类及拆分的影响因素,并进行了其在手性药物拆分中的应用研究,列举了手性药物拆分的实例。 Aspects concerned in the non - aqueous capillary electrophoresis （NACE） chiral separation of drugs, i. e. , the mechanism of the separation, choice of solvent, types of chiral selector and limitation of the method, were reviewed in this paper. In addition, a number of most recent applications of NACE to the chiral separation of drugs were introduced.
