摘要
江苏地质灾害如地面沉降、地面塌陷、滑坡、水土流失、江岸坍塌、盐碱化、涝渍化等,分布发育有一定规律,并受地质环境条件和人类活动等因素控制。地质灾害对自然环境和社会环境产生负面效应,并危及人类生命财产的安全,影响江苏经济的发展。主要治理对策是因地制宜,制订规划,综合治理;重点地区,加强监测,强化管理;合理开发利用地质环境,加强研究,提高防治灾害能力。
The disaster type falls into the ground subsidence, laud collapse, landslide, soil and water loss,collapse of river bank and salting and waterlogging based on the investigation. The ground subsidence iscaused by overpumping of groundwater and small amount of recirculated water. The land collapses are largely distributed in mining area and overdrafting areas of karst groundwater. Landslides and breakdown mainlyappear in Yuntaishan of Zhtngjiang and Heshangshan of Naming. The soil and water loss are mainly occurred in low hilly county. The collapses or river bank are frequently occurred in the banks of Longtan in Nanjing and Shima in Zhengjiang. And satinization and steeped disasters are largely located in the low land area of coastal and the Huanghe River inundated plains, and a network of rived area. The geological disasters in Jiangsu is characteristic of regional distribution, clustered occurrence and lasting active time. Especially,the ground subsidence and collaPSe have become a heavy,nvironmental problem and affected in the construction of cities and towns, productions of industry and agriculture and resident lift. So, combining protection of key areas with comprehensive control, the Poor influence of geological hazards can be decreased to minimun level in term of the monitoring and investigation for hazards as well as reasonable exploitation of resources.
