摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了高炉富氧大喷煤而产生的未燃煤粉对高炉滴落带形成的初渣的粘度影响。研究结果表明,未燃煤粉以固体质点形式分散在初渣内部时,使初渣粘度大大增加,渣铁熔体难以滴落;当未燃煤粉粘附于初渣表面时,初渣粘度有所增加,在高炉生产条件下,对渣铁的滴落影响不大。
The influence of unburned coal powder, which is injected into the blast furnace by oxygen-enriched air, on the viscosity of primary slag is researched under laboratory conditions. The result shows that the viscosity is greatly increased while the solid coal powder distributed in the inside of slag and result in poor separation of molten iron and slag. While the unburned coal powder adhered at the surface of slag, it has little influence on the separation of iron and slag although the viscoity of slag is increased.
