摘要
本文根据板厚、板形综合调节的基本原理,对300四辊可逆冷轧机建立了支承辊弯辊力自动跟随的综合调节系统模型。在此基础上,给出一种具有轧制力前馈补偿的最优板厚板形综合控制系统设计方案。微机模拟试验证明了该方法的正确可行性,以及保证板厚板形质量的有效性。
Based upon the principle of the gage and shape composite regulation,a composite regulation model with the force follow-up of the backup roll bending is set up in this paper. Then,a design method for optimal control system with the feedforward of rolling force is presented. In addition,a simulation test by microcomputer shows the correctness and feasibility of the method,as well as the advantage in improving the flat shape and the gage accuracy.
