摘要
目的:探讨柞蚕雄蛾浓缩液对受损肝脏的保护作用。方法:实验选用昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、四氯化碳模型组、乙肝宁阳性对照组、柞蚕雄蛾浓缩液小剂量组、大剂量组,每组分别给药后测定血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)活性,甘油三酯含量及进行肝组织病理组织学观察,数值采用t检验。结果:柞蚕雄蛾浓缩液大、小剂量组血清谷丙转氨酶活性分别为271.1±4.8,273.2±5.3,两组与模型组相比,其活性均明显降低,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);SG含量分别为(0.74±0.07),(0.97±0.21)mmol.L-1,与模型组比较,含量明显降低,有显著性差异(P值分别<0.01,<0.05);大剂量组与小剂量组中小鼠肝细胞坏死的数量、程度及大小范围明显少于四氯化碳组。结论:柞蚕雄蛾浓缩液能明显保护四氯化碳中毒小鼠肝细胞,可减少肝细胞变性、坏死的程度和范围。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of the concentrated fluid of male tussah miller in protecting liver which was poisoned . METHODS 60 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups : blank control groupt carbon tetrachioride model group; Yiganning control group and the concentrated fluid of male tussah miller group (small dose and large dose group) . SGPT, SG in serum and changes in histopathology of liver were observed, and the data were treated using t-test. RESULTS The result showed that the activity of SGPT of mice in small dose and large dose group was 271.1±4.8, 273.2±5.3, it was lower than model group with significant difference (P〈0.01). The density of SG was 0.74±0.07, 0.97±0.21 mmol·L^-1, that was lower than model mice group too(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). It was found that the amount, the extend and the area of the necrotic liver cell of small dose or large dose group was less compared with the mice of model group. CONCLUSION This experiment shows that the concentrated fluid of male tussah miller can protect the liver cell in the mice which is poisoned by carbon tetrachloride and it can reduce the denaturalization and putrescence of the live cell.
