摘要
提出了一种新型高效、清洁煤燃烧方法,即粉煤流化床燃烧(PCF-FBC),并在一个热输入为0.3MW的试验装置上进行了热态试验研究。该方法全部燃用粉煤,具有粉煤燃烧高效率和流化床燃烧低污染的特点。试验结果表明,炉内平均燃烧温度为1000℃左右,燃烧效率可达98%~99%,NOx和N2O的排放浓度可分别控制在80~150mg/kg和6~10mg/kg;在Ca/S=2.5的条件下,脱硫效率为88%左右。
Abstract A new way of highly efficient clean combustion of pulverized coal, i. e.pulverized coal fluidized bed combustion (PCF-FBC) has been proposed, and hot state tests performed on a test rig, the hot state input of which is 0.3 MWt. This method, which exclusively uses pulverized coal, is distinguished by the high efficiency of pulverized coal combustion combined with the low polluting consequences of fluidized bed combustion. Test results show, that the mean combustion temperature in the furnace is 1000℃, combustion efficiency may get to 98 % ̄99%,the discharge concentration of NOx and N2O may be confined to 80 ̄150mg/kg and 6 ̄10mg/kg respectively, while the desulphurizing efficiency may reach about 88%.
